Welcome to the Korea Centre!

Korea Centre, at the School of International Relations and Politics (SIRP), Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala is the first academic institution dedicated to Korean Studies in South India. Established in February 2023 with the support of the Academy of Korean Studies (AKS), Republic of Korea, the Korea Centre aims to foster a deeper understanding of Korean culture, history, politics, and economics and promote academic exchanges and collaboration between India and Korea.
